I have something to do at home, so I'd like to take a day off.

My mother and sister just came back from their hometown last night. This morning I heard that my great-grandfather had passed away, and my parents were going back soon to take care of my sister for a few days.

It was a happy death for a 96-year-old man, but it's a pity that he didn't live to be a hundred years old.
